Select Q4 Launch — Paid Media Attribution Report

Select Q4 Launch
Paid Media Attribution

Every Meta dollar spent around the September launch, traced to the buyers it produced. A sale is credited to ads when the buyer either purchased off an ad click or first entered the list through an ad. Paid is then set beside email, Instagram, YouTube and direct so its contribution can be judged in context.

What the ad dollars did

96 people started checkout from an ad click. 56 of them cleared the $100k qualification marker. 7 bought directly off the ad. Six more buyers had been brought onto the list by an ad earlier.

Urgency creative did the selling

The two Last-72-hours ad sets produced 5 of the 7 direct ad sales from 22 checkouts (13 qualified). The three Doors Open and Bonus ad sets produced 2 from 74 checkouts (43 qualified). Same offer, same audiences — the deadline framing converted qualified checkouts at roughly 8× the rate.

Cold traffic is 47% unqualified at checkout

Nearly half of Cold / Broad checkouts fell under the $100k marker, versus 30% on Warm Doors Open. At $46 per checkout, the 40 unqualified checkouts represent roughly $1,840 of spend against people who could not buy. Cold prospecting is working as reach.

Return by campaign

Each of the 13 sales is credited to the campaign whose ad the buyer clicked, or whose ad first brought them onto the list. Every campaign's return sits next to its own spend.

Debelmar entered the list through Q3 Live QA ads in June. That spend belongs to a prior report, so his sale counts in the total but is not costed against any campaign here.

The lead-gen campaigns closed cheaper than the launch campaign

Live QA registrations produced two sales at $193 each; the launch campaign produced eight at $260. The evergreen Workbook ads look expensive per sale, but they weren't built to sell Select — they were building the list between launches, and two of those leads converted the moment doors opened. Of the five ad-created buyers outside the launch campaign, three closed on a launch email, one direct after the Live QA, and one on an Instagram link.

The 13 attributed sales

Every buyer credited to ads, with how the ad reached them and what closed the sale. Two more buyers had an ad in their path and are listed underneath.

Checkouts: paid from GHL contact records (96); all other sources from AnyTrack InitiateCheckout events on the Q4 checkout page, 1,227 events collapsed to unique people by email or browser ID. Sales: CRM purchase attribution, 80 net of one refund. 873 of the 953 people who started checkout did not buy.

Instagram fills the checkout page; email closes it

Instagram sent 302 people to checkout — nearly a third of everyone who started — but only 4 sales are attributed to an Instagram link. The other 60% of buyers closed on a launch email. Most of that Instagram traffic was already on the list, and the email sequence is what turned interest into a purchase.
